By accessing or using zaprophub.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

ZapropHub is a listing platform that lets agents and agencies advertise property for sale or to rent, and lets buyers and tenants search and enquire about those listings. We are not a party to any sale, lease or rental agreement — every transaction is between the buyer or tenant and the agent or agency, on whatever terms they agree between themselves.

You need an account to save searches, favourite listings, set up alerts, or list property as an agent. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.

If you're an agent or agency listing property on the site, you agree that:

• You're authorised to market the property you list.
• The information you provide — price, size, location, features and photos — is accurate and not misleading.
• Photos are of the actual property, and you have the right to use them.
• You'll keep the listing's status (available, under offer, sold, let) up to date.

We moderate listing photos and may remove a listing, an image, or an account that breaches these terms or the law, without notice.

Listing content is created and maintained by the agent or agency responsible for it, not by ZapropHub. We don't independently verify the accuracy of prices, measurements, descriptions or availability, and we make no warranty about them. Always confirm details directly with the listing agent, and get your own professional advice — legal, financial or otherwise — before entering into any property transaction.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent listings or enquiries.
• Scrape, copy or republish site content in bulk without our permission.
• Use the site to send unsolicited marketing to agents or other users.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation or security.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an agency.

Agent and agency subscriptions and listing upgrades are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. We may change our pricing going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

The site's design, code and branding belong to ZapropHub. Listing content — photos and descriptions — remains the property of the agent or agency that submitted it; by publishing a listing, they grant us a licence to display it on the site and in search results.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapropHub isn't liable for any loss arising from a property transaction, from reliance on listing content, or from the site being unavailable or containing errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be excluded under South African law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, engages in fraud, or otherwise misuses the site. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
