Questions
- Is it free for buyers and tenants?
- Yes, always. Searching, saving properties, setting up alerts and contacting an agent cost nothing and never will. Plans are only for the agents and agencies who list property.
- Do you take a cut of a sale or rental?
- No. We charge a monthly or yearly subscription to list and optional once-off fees to promote a listing. Every transaction happens directly between the buyer or tenant and the listing agent.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes — change plan at any time from your billing page, and cancel whenever you like. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. After cancelling, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Either. A yearly plan costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Your listings stay live and you have 7 days to pay. During those 7 days paid features are paused and you can't add new listings. If it's still unpaid after that, your account moves to the Free plan.
- Do your prices include VAT?
- We are not VAT-registered yet, so no VAT is charged. The price you see is the price you pay.
- How do I get started?
- Create an account, apply to become an agent, and once your application is approved you can publish listings and pick a plan. Approval is a manual review, usually within a working day.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Plans are paid by card through PayFast, which charges the same card each month or year until you cancel. Listing promotions can also be paid by instant EFT. You'll get an emailed receipt for every payment.
